This pound cake is remarkably moist and flavorful. Bake the day before to allow the flavors to soak in. One thing I can’t seem to figure out… How a one pound cake can equal 10 pounds.

This is the best chocolate cheesecake I have ever eaten. It’s easy to make. It’s very rich and should be served after a light lunch or with a good cup of coffee several hours before retiring for the night.
