Bouillabaisse can be nothing more than an humble fish stew or a combination of choice fish and shellfish. I made this for my Swiss friends who were visiting me. Served with a fresh green salad, a good crisp loaf of french bread and a nice chardonnay, this makes for a memorable meal. This recipe serves 6.
