I got this recipe from my sister who got if from her sister’s mother-in-law (figure that one out). Anyway, it’s a great salad for a picnic or potluck.
4 Cups Broccoli, chopped fine
1/2 Cup Onion, chopped fine
1/2 Cup Raisins, chopped fine (I use Craisins)
1/2 Cup Pecans, chopped fine
Dressing:
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Vinegar (I use Red Wine Vinegar)
1/2 Cup Sugar (I use 7-8 packets of Splenda)
Mix together and enjoy!
