Prepare to share this recipe, which came from a good friend of ours. Thanks Tanya!
Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds cooked macaroni
Boil together:
1-1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 cup water
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup white vinegar
When thick, cool. Add a few carrots, shredded, chopped fresh parsley and chopped sweet red pepper.
Mix together:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup onion
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup celery
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
Combine all and refrigerate.
